Use Imap when setting up your email.  Imap allows syncing of your email with other email programs you may use such as outlook.

Use these settings:

Incoming server (IMAP):
imap.secureserver.net
143,   with SSL 993

Outgoing server (SMTP):
smtpout.secureserver.net
80, 3535,  with SSL 465
